RMS-4200 Radio Management System (RMS)

Overview

The RMS-4200 is a flexible, centralized system that helps you manage your aircraft radio communication and radio navigation. It allows you to tune and select operation modes for all military and civil radio communication, radio navigation and other mission equipment such as Identification, Friend or Foe (IFF) and cryptography. The RMS can manage up to 20 pieces of equipment.

By using a proven homogeneous Human Machine Interface (HMI), the RMS-4200 decreases crew workload and increases mission effectiveness. It also controls various kinds of ARINC 429 and non-ARINC 429 equipment. It’s composed of one- or two-night vision imaging system radio tuning units and one multifunction processing unit required to interface non-ARINC-429 equipments. The RMS-4200 can also be customized to meet your operational requirements.
